AtarICQ jetzt 1 Jahr alt und in Version 0.151
Seit kurzer Zeit gibt es AtarICQ V 0.151.

AtarICQ kann jetzt in verschiedenen Sprachen von der Webseite des Autorsheruntergeladen werden. Das Programm feiert hier mit auch seinen erstenJahrestag.

New MyMail Version 1.40 (incl. Update of mapS)
New version of MyMail (1.40) at my homepage.

Some of the changes, bugfixes and so on:

– The code for outgoing mail queue is totaly redesigned.

The new mapS will also run with older Versions because it's checking the program version.

– Added CPS in progressbar for mail download. Estimated total download time and time left is also presented.
– Replaced all the old popup menu code with the new one.
– A missing check of error message added and this solves problems with some mailservers (smail).
– Fixed a bad and old bug that was causing mymail to crasch if there was very long To: fields in a incomming mail.

NEW PULSAR Beta Version Available
Neil Wakeling (see article this issue: Imagination Music)has released his beta version of PULSAR, the Analog Sequencer Simulator. It is now available on my site. Main new feature is the addition of a Control Row to add continous controller messages such as Panning, modulation, ect. Please read about it (and it's limitations) on the PULSAR page (below)This is a great app worth exploring.

MagicNet at NAS 2001
I will demonstrate MagiCNet at The Nordic Atari Computer Show 2001 at Malmö Sweden June 16-17 with a ROM-port Ethernet Adapter to show its compatibilty with MiNTnet and STiK apps. I also will explain how MagiCNet works at my home LAN directly through a firewall/router connected to a broadband connection.

Jeffrey Reid Baker Atari Midi Programs and Alternate Classical Perfection
Jeffrey Reid Baker, out of a chance coresponance has released to me several of his previous Atari-Midi programs. These include DR T's KEYS! a Composer/Step time Application with Algorithmic possabilities as well. Tempo Master MPE which allows you to tap out a tempo and more, and KCS TXT a txt tool for Dr T's KCS program. He also has a selection of KCS produced "alternate" classical CDS of all the great master composers. I just created the page . See link below. I would greatly encourage all Atari-Midi musicians to get these CD's and also download the programs. The MPE programs can be used with the shareware version of KCS as well.
